Returns

Opened sticker packs can't be returned. Stickers are a one-use adhesive product — once a pack is opened or a sticker has been peeled from its backing, we can't accept it back or resell it, so change-of-mind returns only apply to unopened packs in their original packaging. Email shop@sticar.store before posting anything back and we'll reply with the return address and instructions; return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders — 7 days

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right. Email shop@sticar.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full — no need to post anything back unless we ask. A real person reads and replies to every email.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy — replacement or refund, including postage for faulty items. Those rights apply in addition to the policy above and are not limited by the 7-day window.

Shipping

STICAR orders are packed and dispatched from Australia — most within 24 hours, allow 1–3 business days during busy periods. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email confirming it's on the way.

  • All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

How to report a problem or start a return

  1. Contact us first — email shop@sticar.store with your order number. For damaged, faulty or incorrect orders, attach a photo and get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Returns sent without contacting us first can't be accepted.
  2. We'll reply with next steps — for damaged or incorrect orders that's usually a straight replacement or refund with nothing to post back.
  3. If an unopened pack is coming back for change of mind, post it at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service (we can't refund returns that go missing in the post).
  4. Refunds go to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
